👉 Job Description :-
‼ To Read and understand machine manuals for proper run of the machine.
‼ To clean and lubricate the machine before starting.
‼ To read and understand the Job Card and set the machine parameters based on the given job.
‼ Should have in depth knowledge of colour matching, Ink and solvents mixing.
‼ Check for proper treatment of input rolls, micron and dimensions are ok, before proceeding with the job.
‼ To Produce optimum production with due respect to quality and ensure the production waste is minimum as possible.
‼ Frequently check the colour shade, registration & impression. Ensure no rejected material is moving on to next stage of production or to customers.
